Be strong and courageous."</p>

<p>Prime Minister Netanyahu received 52 standing ovations during his speech before Congress today, journalist Lahav Harkov reported.</p>

<p>Kibbutz Nir Oz announced on Wednesday evening that the body of Maya Goren, who had been abducted on October 7, had been recovered from Gaza.</p><p>"Tonight, we were informed that the body of the late Maya Goren was recovered in a military rescue operation. After over nine months, she was brought back home for burial. The family was updated in the last few hours about the operation," the municipality stated.</p><p>"The Nir Oz community will continue the fight for the return of all of the abducted, the living for rehabilitation and the murdered for burial."</p>

<p>Far-left US Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT) attacked Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu following his address to Congress: "Netanyahu is not only a war criminal. He is a liar. All humanitarian organizations agree: Tens of thousands of children face starvation because his extremist government continues to block aid. Israelis want him out of office. So he came to Congress to campaign."</p>

The immediate and urgent return of the hostages must be at the heart of the world agenda, as must the global threat from the Iranian evil and terrorist empire - and it’s important to reiterate this before the elected leaders of our greatest and most important ally. We must stand together against the Tehran-led-terror that threatens the Middle East and the entire world," Herzog wrote on X.</p>
