<p>A 74-year-old man was found unconscious in Pardes Hanna-Karkur. MDA medics and paramedics who were called to the scene pronounced him dead.</p><p>MDA paramedic Nava Anhang said: "When we arrived at the scene, we saw the man lying unconscious with injuries to his body.
